KINGLYSLATE WARRANTY

KinglySlate is warranted to be free from defects in the material. Any such defects must be reported to Global Code USA, Inc. within fifteen (15) days of date of delivery. During this warranty period we will repair, or at our option, replace free of charge, such merchandise as shall prove to be defective. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence, vandalism or abuse. Incidental and consequential damages are specifically disclaimed. All other warranties (including any warranty of merchantability of fitness for any particular purpose) are hereby excluded. The foregoing shall constitute the sole remedy of the customer. Concrete and masonry substrates must be at least 28 days old. 


Before installing KinglySlate, user shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use and user alone assumes all risks and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. Any claim shall be deemed waived unless made in writing to us within fifteen (15) days from date it was delivery.

Some basic situations that invalidate the warranty are the following:

• Global Code USA, Inc. is not responsible for constructive problems of the base (walls, doors, facades, etc.), where the material will be assembled, caused after the installation because the constructive quality of the elements used is unknown and it does not have instruments for the revision of them, only takes care of the coating as element of final termination. • In cases of inadequate installation or maintenance, the product warranty is invalid. • Stains caused by applications of products not recommended for maintenance such as acids or chemicals. • The warranty does not cover damage to the surface caused by blows or natural disasters.

Validity of the warranty: From the moment of your purchase, the product's warranty will only be valid as long as all the procedures and instructions recommended by Global Code USA, Inc. are complied. The proof of payment or invoice must be presented, to evaluate a possible failure of the product or installation if it corresponds.

All requests for after sales services must be channeled with the corresponding vendor, who will refer the service to the Technical Unit of Global Code USA, Inc. for the visit and evaluation.

Any defect presented in the material after installation that indicates inadequate maintenance or that the above-mentioned recommendations have not been correctly followed, WILL INVALIDATE THE WARRANTY, being this the exclusive responsibility of the client and not of Global Code USA, Inc.
