1. Order a sample first! Do not order for a project without seeing a sample of the actual product.

2. Measure twice, order once! Not ordering enough material initially is one of the major setbacks in every project. Not only for your project deadlines, extra installation cost, but especially with tile that ships on a pallet. Even an order of just one additional box will still have to ship on a pallet, with extreme shipping cost compared to the product cost. It is always good to have that extra box for future repairs and changes!

3. Is your order information correct? Make sure your ‘ship to’ information on your order is correct, and that the phone number on there is the right number for the freight carrier to contact for setting up a delivery appointment.

4. Did you get what you paid for? Fully inspect your order at the moment of delivery, and have any damages or irregularities noted on the delivery slip of the carrier. A signed delivery slip without any notes is an indication for the freight carrier that the whole shipment arrived in perfect condition, making claims for 'damage in transit’ with the carrier impossible.
